While we love our clients’ kids. We do ask that our customers keep in mind that our salon is a place for relaxation quiet and a peaceful experience for clients. We do ask that unless otherwise agreed upon in advance please plan for childcare. Children are welcome if they have an appointment however there are hot tools, sharp, instruments and hazardous chemicals.
BOOKING
A deposit is required for each service booked. IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE BOOKING, please TEXT OR CALL.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. This gives us ample time to schedule another client. Please provide 72 hours’ notice for group cancellations. By booking before/ after hours or holidays you agree to an additional fee of $25 before $50 after hours and on holidays. All deposits go toward service and is nonrefundable. You will not be allocated 10mins grace period, if not on time you appointment will be canceled with no refund of initial deposit for before/after hours or holiday service fee.
LATE POLICY
If you are 10 mins late you will have to reschedule. Same day cancellations and no call no show will automatically requires rescheduling, forfeit depost and Will be charged full to card on file. (No exceptions)
PAYMENT
Prices vary depending on shape lengths and products used. Prices are subject to change as this is just a base price list. Deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable no exceptions
SERVICES
If your nails become scratched or mis-shaped we will fix them if you notify the salon at which you received the service within 24 hours of the service. You must arrange an appointment to have your nails fixed within 3 days after your initial service. We will not offer any refund or credit note because you have simply changed your mind. We will re do any service at no cost to you if you are unsatisfied with the quality of the work we do, provided that you tell us immediately after we have performed the service that you are unhappy with the quality of the work. As soon as you have walked out the salon door that means you have accepted and are happy with the service provided to your nails. We will charge you for the costs of any repairs or replacements that we must carry out because of damage that you have caused.
GIFT CARDS
We are not liable to redeem any Gift Card that is presented for redemption after the expiry date.
Treat your Gift Card like cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced or refunded.
